1.    ABOUT US

 

Campbell Aesthetics Studio is a doctor-led aesthetic clinic operated by Dr Daniel Campbell MBBS. We provide consultation-led aesthetic treatments with a focus on patient safety, medical precision, and natural-looking results.

 

2.    APPOINTMENTS & CONSULTATIONS

 

All treatments begin with a consultation to assess suitability, discuss treatment goals, and explain risks, benefits, limitations, and aftercare.

 

Consultations may be subject to a fee, which may be redeemable against treatment where stated. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule.

 

3.    BOOKING POLICY

 

Appointments may be booked via our website, booking system, or direct contact. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

You must provide accurate contact details when booking, including your full name, email address, phone number and home address, GP name and address.

 

4.    CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

 

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in loss of any consultation fee or deposit. Future appointments may require prepayment.

 

4.1 Distance Selling & Cancellation Rights

 

Where appointments are booked online or remotely, you acknowledge that the services provided by Campbell Aesthetics Studio are time-specific and personalised.

 

By booking an appointment, you agree that the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply where:

 

·       The service is scheduled to take place within that period, and

·       You have expressly agreed to proceed

 

Cancellation remains subject to our standard 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

4.2 Force Majeure

 

Campbell Aesthetics Studio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, equipment failure, power outages, acts of God, or technical disruptions.

 

5.    DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

 

A deposit or consultation fee may be required to secure your appointment.

 

Deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated, but may be transferred to another appointment where sufficient notice is given. Full payment for treatments is due at the time of appointment.

 

By making a payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Campbell Aesthetics Studio to resolve the matter.

 

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in recovery action.

 

6.    TREATMENT SUITABILITY

 

All treatments are subject to medical assessment and clinical judgement.

 

Campbell Aesthetics Studio reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in your best medical interests.

 

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information before treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of complications.

 

Certain treatments may require patch testing, pre-treatment preparation, or additional assessments. Failure to comply may result in postponement or cancellation of your appointment.

 

6.1 Independent Decision-making

 

You confirm that you are choosing to proceed with treatment voluntarily and have not been pressured or induced to do so.

 

All decisions are made following consultation and informed consent.

 

7.    RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS

 

Treatment results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as anatomy, skin type, lifestyle, age, metabolism, medical history, and aftercare compliance may affect results. Therefore no specific result is guaranteed

 

Some treatments may require multiple sessions, maintenance, or review appointments to achieve or maintain the desired outcome. Where further treatment is required to achieve or maintain results, this will be discussed and charged accordingly.

 

8.    AFTERCARE

 

You will be provided with aftercare advice following treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this advice carefully.

 

Campbell Aesthetics Studio is not responsible for adverse outcomes or reduced treatment effectiveness where aftercare instructions have not been followed.

 

9.    REFUND POLICY

 

We do not offer refunds for completed consultations or treatments.

 

Aesthetic treatment outcomes are subjective and results vary. If you have concerns following treatment, you should contact us so we can assess and advise appropriately. Any review appointment, adjustment, or further treatment is offered at the discretion of Campbell Aesthetics Studio.

 

10.         CLIENT BEHAVIOUR POLICY

 

Campbell Aesthetics Studio operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where such behaviour occurs.

 

11.         RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

 

Campbell Aesthetics Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time where:

 

·       Treatment is not clinically appropriate

·       There are concerns regarding patient safety

·       Behaviour is inappropriate or abusive

·       Expectations are unrealistic

 

12.         LIABILITY

 

Campbell Aesthetics Studio and Dr Daniel Campbell MBBS take all reasonable care to ensure treatments are performed safely, professionally, and in accordance with current medical standards. However, by proceeding with any consultation or treatment, you acknowledge and agree that all aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to swelling, bruising, tenderness, infection, asymmetry, vascular complications, allergic reaction, dissatisfaction, or variable results.

 

You accept that individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed and that results may vary depending on factors including anatomy, lifestyle, healing response, medical history, and adherence to aftercare advice.

 

Campbell Aesthetics Studio shall not be held liable for adverse outcomes, complications, dissatisfaction, or reduced treatment effectiveness arising where:

 

·       You have failed to disclose relevant medical information

·       You have provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information

·       You have not followed pre-treatment or aftercare instructions

·       You have sought additional treatment, correction, or advice from another provider without informing us

·       The outcome reflects normal variation in response to treatment

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campbell Aesthetics Studio excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, reputational impact, emotional distress, or financial loss arising from treatment dissatisfaction or website/service use.

 

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

13.         EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY

 

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Campbell Aesthetics Studio and Dr Daniel Campbell MBBS shall not be liable to you or any other person for any:

 

·       Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise

 

Including, but not limited to:

 

·       Loss of income, earnings, or business

·       Loss of profits or anticipated profits

·       Loss of opportunity or use

·       Loss of reputation or goodwill

·       Emotional distress or dissatisfaction

·       Economic or financial loss

·       Any loss arising from reliance on website content or services

 

This exclusion applies whether or not such loss or damage was foreseeable and even if Campbell Aesthetics Studio has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

 

13.1 Scope of Exclusion

 

This includes, without limitation, any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

 

·       Your use of or inability to use the website or booking system

·       Any treatment, consultation, or service provided

·       Delays, cancellations, or interruptions to services

·       Technical failures or third-party system issues

·       Dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes

 

13.2 Legal Limitations

 

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for:

 

·       Death or personal injury caused by negligence

·       Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

·       Any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability under applicable law

 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

14.         INDEMNIFICATION

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Campbell Aesthetics Studio, Dr Daniel Campbell MBBS, and any associated staff, employees, contractors, affiliates, or service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

·       Failure to follow pre-treatment or aftercare instructions

·       Any adverse reaction or complication where known risks have been explained and consent has been given

 

By proceeding with consultation or treatment, you acknowledge that aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks and that you accept responsibility for your decisions following consultation and informed consent.

 

15.         MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

 

Information provided on our website, social media, booking system, emails, consultations, or other communications is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute personalised medical advice unless provided directly during a formal consultation.

 

All treatments are medical procedures and are subject to consultation, assessment, and clinical judgement by Dr Daniel Campbell MBBS.
