What Is a Pebbled Chin?
A pebbled chin refers to a dimpled, puckered, or uneven appearance of the chin. It may be present naturally, developing with age, or occur due to overactivity of the mentalis muscle.

When th ementalis muscle contracts strongly, it can pull the skin of the chin inward and create a textured or "orange peel" appearance. Treatment can help relax this overactivity, creating a smoother and more balanced lower-face contour.
